Wow, it is hard to believe that the season is already here and they guys are playing actual games! We started the season out tough by competing against two very high quality soccer programs who are historically some of the best in the country. With so many young players playing their first ever college soccer game...I am not sure that many of them knew what to expect and we were in a very deep hole before we even knew it. But, we learned a whole lot about ourselves this weekend...we found out that we have a very talented group of guys that will not give up. So, the season begins with a record of 0-2-0...but, it was a very successful weekend! The guys don't give up, they play with class and they have positive attitudes. What more can you ask for? Yes, wins...I know! Those will happen sooner than later with this group of men...they are hungry and willing to fight like Tigers. Come join us for our first GPAC game in DWU Men's Soccer history today at 5pm out at Cadwell Park. GO BIG BLUE!

DWU Men's Soccer Photo Album
- The 2007 Dakota Wesleyan University Men's Soccer Team enters its 2nd season as a member of the GPAC Conference. The Tigers have been selected to finish 3rd in the GPAC according to the Pre-Season Polls. This special group of young men have demonstrated great success on the field as well as off the field through demonstrating the core values of the NAIA "Champions of Character" iniative. The DWU Men's Soccer Team are recipients of the 2006 NAIA Champions of Character Award.

I'm so proud of this team. It seems to have the determination and stamina that is so necessary in being a winner. I think it starts at the top and I know that your coach has that. Congrat's on your recent win. All of you keep up the good work. I know you will continue to be winner's.
